Televisit Trouble Shooting

1. Press Settings
2. Press General
3. Press Software Update
4. Update if it is not the most recent version.

Please check that Safari is opening when you press in the video call link. Chrome and Fire Fox are not supported by Apple for video calls.

Check Webrtc video is turned in Safari by performing these steps:

1. Click Settings
2. Click Safari
3. Click Camera - is it set to either ask or allow
4. Click Microphone - is it set to either ask or allow
5. Click Advanced (very bottom) then Experimental Feature
6. Make sure Media Recorder is enabled:
7. Make sure all four WebRTC settings are enabled.

2. Press App
3. Press App permissions
4. Make Camera must be enabled
5. press back
6. Press Microphone
7. Make Camera enabled
8. Make Chrome enabled

If video call is still not working, then check these settings:

1. On Chrome browser type: about:flags
2. Scroll down to “Enable WebRTC” and enable it
3. Go back to the invite webpage and reload it to connect the call
4.  

We recommend using Windows Chrome.

Check that camera and audio mic are not blocked

1. Click Start (lower left button)
2. Click Setting
3. Click Privacy
4. Click Camera
5. Turn all on 
6. Click Microphone
7. Turn all on
8. Open Camera app and make sure it works

Check that Chrome and then Windows is latest version or it can cause camera or mic not to work

1. Go to chrome://settings/help
2. Chrome auto updates to latest version
3. Click Start
4. Click Settings
5. Click Update & Security
6. Click Check for new updates
