he following tips may help you achieve your weight loss objectives:

  1. Master one change at a time
  2. Begin with easiest change(s)
  3. Introduce a new challenge every 1-2 weeks until it becomes a habit
  4. Small reduction in food consumption combine with an increase in activity is key
  5. Shift stress relief from eating to exercise
  6. Swap unhealthy snacks for healthy ones, such as fruits, nuts and vegetables
  7. Goals is to eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables
  8. Drink water throughout the day
  9. Eat just before becoming very hungry
  10. Eat slowly (20+ minutes) until somewhat satisfied, but not until full
  11. Eat regular meals with predetermined portions
